Jerry Adeleye, a United States Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, began his military career in 1998 as a cannoneer (13B) in the artillery. Over a span of sixteen years of active duty, he served honorably at various military bases, including Camp Casey in South Korea, Fort Riley in Junction City, Kansas, Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma, Baumholder in Germany, Camp New York in Kuwait, and Baghdad, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Currently, Adeleye is employed by the Department of Defense, working as a civilian at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. His career with the U.S. Air Force began at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, before he relocated to Tinker Air Force Base as a logistician. In his role as an asset manager in the 424th Air Traffic Control and Landing System, Adeleye managed military aircraft radar systems valued at over $7 million with minimal supervision.
He later transitioned to a position as an Inspector and Quality Assurance Specialist, conducting virtual and in-person inspections at three different military installations: Tinker AFB in Oklahoma, Warner Robins AFB in Georgia, and Hill AFB in Utah. His contributions have been instrumental in ensuring that U.S. Air Force warfighters complete their missions with speed, accuracy, and a focus on safety. Adeleye has dedicated 26 years to serving the United States government and continues to do so in various capacities.
Adeleye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Business Administration with a general studies concentration from Wayland University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Homeland Security at Walden University.
In addition to his military and civilian careers, Adeleye is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas, working as an independent contractor with Century21 Judge Fite at Camp Bowie in the Fort Worth area.
