Pastor Oluwafiropo Ropo-Tusin is a visionary leader, kingdom strategist, entrepreneur, and transformational teacher. He is the Senior Pastor of Household of Faith Arlington, Texas — a thriving parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God North America — which he founded in May 1999 with just three families. Under his leadership, the ministry has grown into a dynamic, multi-generational church impacting lives locally and globally.

Within RCCG The Americas, Pastor Ropo serves in key strategic leadership roles, including Regional Coordinator for Special Programs and Chair of the Convention Planning Committee, where he oversees large-scale faith-based gatherings, cross-departmental operations, and multi-thousand-attendee conventions.

Known for his unwavering commitment to prayer and God’s presence, Pastor Ropo is passionate about equipping believers with spiritual depth and practical wisdom.

His teaching focuses on Christian success principles, leadership development, wealth creation, mindset transformation, and purposeful living.

Beyond the pulpit, he is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with over 30 years of experience in banking and finance. He is the creator and facilitator of the Residential Real Estate Investment Workshop — a comprehensive training platform equipping aspiring and emerging investors in Buy & Hold, Fix & Flip, Land Development, Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb), Construction Process, Financing, and Wealth Strategy.

Through mentorship programs and business coaching, he empowers professionals and entrepreneurs to build sustainable income streams and generational wealth.

Pastor Ropo is also the Executive Producer and host of the Nigeria in America Podcast, where he explores leadership, culture, faith, relationships, and diaspora excellence.

His influence spans ministry, media, entrepreneurship, and mentorship — bridging spiritual insight with marketplace intelligence.

He is an alumnus of Bowie State University and a graduate of the School of Pastoral Ministries at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas.

Pastor Ropo is joyfully married to Pastor Olayide Tusin, and together they are blessed with two grown children and grandchildren.
