Event Media/photos/videos

To comply with global data privacy laws, Company imposes restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events (e.g. photography, video, audio, online streaming, and all future mediums).  An attendee is permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal use, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. Video, Photographer, Media House, Editorial, and Social media managers’ crews are not prohibited.

The Company may hire professional service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the event experience. The Company may also use media houses, social media, and editorials (e.g. Official Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter e.t.c.) to: (i) post real-time photos and videos to its social media feeds; and (ii) display select submissions from those feeds on monitors throughout the event venue.  Attendees and sponsors are encouraged to capture their event experiences and post their own social content from the event (text, photos, audio, video, streaming), provided it does not infringe upon the rights of any attendee, sponsor, third party, or the Company. Such infringement would include, but is not limited to, defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights.  In the event an attendee requires a release or permission to protect the rights of a third party, obtaining such a release or permission shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) The Company may edit and use footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, the Company disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

By using the Website, the User consents to any action the Company might take concerning the User’s information and its compliance with the Privacy Policy. 

All transactions through this Website or information formed through the Website, or resulting from visits made by the User, are governed by these Terms of Use and Conditions.


The User agrees not to use the Website in any way or form that violates any applicable Federal, State, Local or International law.

Liability waiver after Registration

The Company requires that after registration, it’s assumed that you are 18 years and beyond age of 18 years and above and are ready to fully participate in the event and to bear and waive the risks and liability, and have consented not to sue the Company, its agents, members, employees, speakers, contractors, privies for any misfortune, damage of property or personal effects, loss of any valuables, illness, injury of any kind, expense, loss of life and any disability or any kind of intolerable exigencies occasioned from the event. This waiver is binding on the Users, heirs, all attendees, visitors and to mention but a few. 


You are NOT entitled to cancel your REGISTRATION and request for FULL PAYMENT after 60 DAYS. Cancellation of registration before 60 days only requires a Refund of 70% of your Registration money. The deadline for any cancellation is within 60 days which the Company can refund 70%. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform the Company of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform the Company:

Code of Conduct in an Event

In order to participate in an event, the Company requires the attendees, speakers, sponsors, agents, privies and volunteers must abide by the rules of this code of conduct. Be present and participate actively, be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow participants, act with respect towards everyone you encounter including events and venue staff, exercise consideration in your speech and actions, and behave in accordance with professionals.

Unacceptable behaviour is not tolerated as the Company frowns at unacceptable behaviour like harassment, bullying, intimidation, demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behaviour or speech including but not limited to personal insults, sexist, ageist or ablest language or any language that insults, inappropriate physical contact; you should have someone’s consent before touching them, unwelcomed sexual attention, displaying sexually explicit or violent characters, threats of violence, possession of dangerous or unauthorised materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons, theft, verbal abuse, non-verbal physical conduct etc.
